Yes. Reviewing your brief and returning comparable quotes is free. We earn a service fee only if you choose Managed Sourcing or an FF&E package — the fee is agreed in writing before any work starts, and we never take hidden margins from factories.
What order sizes do you work with?
From a handful of custom pieces for a residential project to complete hotel FF&E packages. Very small orders are matched with suppliers offering stock items or low MOQs.
Can you handle samples, inspection and shipping?
Yes — we coordinate samples, third-party pre-shipment inspections and freight on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
How do you vet manufacturers?
We review business registration, export history, production capability and references, and ask for factory photos or a live video tour before a supplier is added to the network.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our manufacturers export worldwide. Share your destination early so we can flag compliance requirements such as flammability or formaldehyde rules.
How quickly will I hear back?
